You can get this message if have different Google accounts open on the same browsing session. Sometimes, temporary server issues on Google's side can trigger this error.
To resolve this, please
- Use Incognito mode. On your chrome toolbar: File > New Incognito Window
- Sign out of other Google accounts you might be signed into
- Clear data browsing
- Use Chrome and set up one Chrome profile per email address. Instructions: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2364824?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
- Keep Chrome up-to-date. Type "chrome://settings/help" in your chrome address bar to check if your Google Chrome is up to date
