You can get this message if have different Google accounts open on the same browsing session.
To resolve this, please
- use incognito mode. On your chrome toolbar: File > New Incognito Window
- sign out of other Google accounts you might be signed into
- clear data browsing
- use chrome and set up one chrome profile per email address. Instructions: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2364824?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
- keep chrome up-to-date. Type "chrome://settings/help" in your chrome address bar to check if your Google Chrome is up to date
